The site is hosted on GitHub Pages (GitHub, Inc., USA). When you open a page, your browser sends a request that typically includes your IP address, browser type, and the page you asked for. GitHub uses this to deliver the site. The legal basis is legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR: serving the pages you requested.

GitHub may process that data in the United States. GitHub, Inc. is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

The typefaces Inter and Newsreader are stored on this site and served from the same host as the pages. Your browser does not contact Google to load them.

Optional. Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC, measurement ID G-89HEVGDWX1) is used only if you click Accept on the banner. If you click Decline, or do nothing, it does not load.

If you agree, Google may set cookies or similar identifiers and collect how you use the site (pages, device, approximate location derived from IP). That data can be processed in the United States. Google LLC is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

The legal basis is your consent: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and § 25(1) TDDDG. You can withdraw consent at any time, with effect for the future, by clicking Decline or the button below. Withdrawal does not affect processing that already happened. If you withdraw, the analytics cookies this site set are deleted.

The home page can show the latest track from my ListenBrainz profile (MetaBrainz Foundation). Your browser requests that public feed from ListenBrainz. ListenBrainz can see your IP address. This is not advertising; it only fills the small listening card. If the request fails, the card stays hidden. The legal basis is legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR: showing the widget you came to the page to see.
